What We Do

Brown Bag Lunch Discussions
We meet the first Friday of each month at Williamsburg Baptist Church, 227 Richmond Rd. All are welcome to bring a bag lunch to hear speakers and enjoy a lively discussion about issues that concern the community, particularly issues concerning racial understanding.

Dialogue Circle                                                                                                                                                       Facilitated groups of ten people from diverse backgrounds who meet weekly for two hours for five sessions. The goal is increased understanding of the racial and ethnic issues that divide us and what unites us.

All Together in the Evening
We offer occasional programs in the evening that allow more folks to join the conversation.

Social Gatherings
We look for meaningful and fun reasons to gather, such as trips to local museums, film screenings, and sharing singing and meals.

Annual Book Scholarship
The All Together Book Award recognizes one student from each of the four area public high schools who is known as a peacemaker and all-around friend to everyone. The award was established in memory of Jack Charlton, the first President of All Together.

Walking Tours
We offer occasional walking tours that allow our community understand the experiences of African Americans in Williamsburg.
